Ingredients - For paratha: 1 tsp ajwain 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha on the dough roundals place the ajwain and roll out round parathas. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot
