Ingredients - 2 mooli grated mooli leaves 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the grated mooli, mooli leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt and mix well.. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with a generous portion of butter and curds.
