Ingredients - 1 onion 1 tomato 1/2 inch ginger 2 green chillies 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil. Add the onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, ginger and mix well. The stuffing for the paratha is ready. Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it. On the dough roundals place the stuffing and roll out round parathas. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with yoghurt and pickles.
