One of the handy extra features that DBS Telecoms offers to accompany their 0800, 0845, 0844 and local numbers is IVR - more commonly referred to as the "press 1 for Sales" feature. Most people are familiar with the auto attendant or "Press 1 for sales" service. DBS telecoms records a customised welcome message such as "Thank you for calling abc services" followed by the options "Please Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for Accounts, Press 3 for Customer". When people press the numbers, DBS can route the calls to specific numbers or if you just want this service to make your company look a little larger than you are, they can route them all to the same number.
