Ode to Sagarmatha - a film on the ascent of Everest (Part-2)

Lots of planning goes into a mountaineering expedition. It’s like a full-scale military operation. Study the nuts and bolts, and get a behind-the-scenes view of an expedition to a large Himalayan peak, which in this case happens to be Mt. Everest. We have footage on the visually-impaired climber who summited Everest. We have footage of Babu Chherri Sherpa, who climbed Everest eleven times before he died, a few days after our interview. He also held the record for the fastest ascent of Everest (under 17 hours!) and the maximum length of time spent at the summit (some 21 hours!). A lot of similar interesting stories, apart from the additional storyline of an Indian Army ascent of Everest, which resulted in eleven climbers atop the summit.Includes - Eric Weinheimer, visually-challenged American climber on Mt. Everest.- Interview with Babu Chiri Sherpa, the man who climber Everest 12 or 13 times, and even spent a night on the summit!
