A few weeks after The Bad Guy dropped the belt to Goldust, he gets his rematch for the Intercontinental Championship. This was one of Razor's final matches in the company, and this feud with Goldust was one of the major reasons why he left. After this point, he out-and-out REFUSED to work with Goldust ever again. As you can see here, Razor is more than a little stiff with Goldie (and seems a bit drunk, too, frankly).
