Early 1970s theme used on The CBS Thursday and Friday Night Movies. Generally replaced in 1973 by the same theme used on The CBS Late Movie. Exceptions included "Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf in 1975 had the earlier theme after a disclaimer about content.
