Lydia Komuhangi on gender equality in Uganda

Lydia works with Gender Equality & Women Empowerment for Development (GWEFODE). She speaks about her efforts in good governance in southwestern Uganda where there is only one MP in her district and says this reflects the lesser decision-making power of women.
