Covering mattress machine / آلة تغليف الأفرشة (GIMO)

This machine is mainly used for the coverage of the mattress which has the following characteristics:
- A table made in roller to facilitate movement of the mattress.
-A lateral pressure on the mattress made by two belts that push the mattress to the front to cover.
- Width of mattress: 400 mm to 1600 mm for a thickness between 60 mm and 250 mm.
-Dimension of machine: 3180 mm X 2250 mm for a height of 1400 mm.
- Production capacity: varies between 70 and 90 mattresses / hour (Requires two people to work on this machine).

هذه الآلة تستخدم خصيصاً لتغطية الأفرشة و لديها الخصائص التالية :
-طاولة مجعولة لتسهيل تحريك الفراش.
-الضاغط الجانبي على الفراش يكون بواسطة حزامين يدفعان الفراش إلى الأمام لتغطيته.
-عرض الفراش: ما بين 400 مم و 1600 مم على إرتفاعٍ يتراوح بين 60 مم و 250 مم.
-مقايس هذه الآلة : 3180 مم * 2250 مم و إرتفاعها 1400 مم.
-سعة الإنتاج: هذه الآلة قادرة على صنع ما بين 70 و 90 فراش في الساعة الواحدة و بواسطة عاملين فقط.
