Keep in touch with your prospects.

1. Follow up with the person for the first 7 to 10 days
2. Send emails, videos, voicemails and postcards (if you get their address)
3. First day - send them a PDF guide - for example - "10 Tips on How to Show Your House"
4. Second day - send them a video about yourself
5. Third day - send them social media sites on other ways they can follow you
6. Broadcast messages with market news,open house or local news that may impact home buyer or seller.
