In November 1918 The Great War came to an end. It was initiated by a few fanatics of the administration of the multiple Hapsburg monarchy. Their political and military vision was the conquering of the habitat in the Middle East(from the North Cape to Baghdad). The result of the Great War was the end of European dynasties(1917 the Romanows in Russia ruined in with the support and connivance of Hohenzollern and Hapsburg, 1918 Hohenzollern, Hapsburg and the Ottoman Empire. In response to the revolutionary situation in November 1918 the November Group(artists, architects, writers, composers). They called for influence on the arts policy, such as on public construction projects, in art as well as legislation in the allocation of exhibition spaces, the organisation of visual art, concerts of contemporary music and film screenings.
