Ingredients- 3 cups boiled rice 2 1/2 cups yoghurt (curd) 2 tbsp ghee 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1-2 green chillies chopped a pinch asafetida 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger 6-8 curry leaves, 1tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp salt Preparation- Mix the boiled rice with yoghurt and milk in a bowl. Now add salt,grated ginger,cilantro and mix well. Heat the ghee,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,asafetida,ginger and mix well. Now add the yoghurt rice into the pan and mix well.
