This week's Hungry in Brooklyn is all about scallops.  First, we visit the guys at Montauk Shellfish for a trip out to sea and a lesson in sustainability. Then we high-tail it back to Williamsburg, where Dressler chef Polo Dobkin gives us a crash course on cooking Diver Scallops.  Finally, it's back to the kitchen to pan sear our freshly caught Peconic Bay scallops. Each week Hungry in Brooklyn explores the world of local, sustainable and organic cooking one ingredient at a time.
