More than 100,000 mountain bikers come to Moab, UT to ride the world-famous "Slick Rock" bike trails each year. Erosion, along with the Colorado River, has split open the one-time ocean floor, revealing interesting rock formations that today are enjoyed by mountain bikers. In the summer months, riders have to hit Moab's trails early as temperatures often exceed 100 degrees.
