It's a great design for skiers who want to learn and perfect their skills all the way up to taking on double-diamond runs.
The Volkl Unlimited AC ski has a polyurethane-wrapped Dual Wood core that doesn't extend quite as far as the tip-to-tail Sensorwood core designs.
This creates a more forgiving platform for better shock absorption and predictability, but the Unlimited AC doesn't have the same lively spring that sometimes rattles new skiers.
