Joss Stone has stripped down to her bare essentials for animal rights charity PETA.

The advert shows the singer holding a teddy bear that covers her naked body and features the slogan 'Bear Hugs, Not Bear Caps'.

Miss Stone is the latest to join a string of celebs condemning the use of fur for the Queen's Guards' hats, which are said to be made using the fur of black bears found in the US.

The 23-year-old said: "It's time for the Ministry of Defence to finally make the switch and go fur-free, and I hope that the ad I have created with PETA helps raise awareness and puts a stop to this unnecessary killing."

Other stars who have got naked to campaign for PETA, on behalf of all sorts of animals, are Pink, Eva Mendes and David Hasselhoff.
