This video is aimed at highlighting the poor refereeing of the Newcastle V Arsenal game on the 2/2/2011. Mainly due to Phil Dowd and his lack of consistency and general basics of a referee.

Regardless of your support for a team, there is most certainly a problem. from big to small clubs the EPL needs to reform this division. We can all agree with that.
