250 gm potatoes 100 gm rajma boiled 1 tomato chopped 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp green chilli chopped 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp ginger chopped 1 tbsp garlic chopped 1 onion choppped 2 tbsp coriander powder 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 cup water Salt to taste
Preparation: Heat up oil. Add the chopped onions, chopped tomato, chopped green chillies, grated ginger and garlic. Add the coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add the potatoes and rajma. Add salt and water. Garnish with coriander leaves.
