Ingredients:

100 gm paneer
25 gm fresh cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ginger shredded
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped tomato and stir fry it.
Add tomato puree and mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add the paneer and mix well.
Add cream and let it cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
