Ingredients:

250 gm potatoes
200 gm bhindi
1/2 tsp asafetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1 green chilli chopped
Few coriander leaves
5-6 curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add asafetida, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli.
Add potatoes, bhindi and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
