FRIENDLY AND OPEN MANNER!! What an enjoyable experience Terri and I had yesterday, ordering our XC60 for pick up in September! We particularly enjoyed the family feeling and warmth of everyone that we met at Jim Fisher Volvo. We met some of the staff during our shopping and test-drive on Saturday. Everyone, from Ruth Fisher, was helpful and knowledgeable (even if there was a question about the Trailer Stability Assist system). Henry (I hope you don't mind me calling you by your first name), you are a very warm and personable man. We were impressed with your friendly and open manner. At no time did we feel pressured either by time or to make a purchase. You shared yourself with us, as I hope we did with you. The many years of sales experience have certainly made you a professional. You have quite a route mapped out in the Portland hills to demonstrate the Volvo.
