Winter brings cold and flu season. Many parents want to know if it's helpful to their child's health to have a humidifier in their child's bedroom. To find out, we talked with pediatrician and "Baby 411" author Dr. Ari Brown. She'll tell us the difference between a vaporizer and a humidifier along with which one is better for a baby. She also discusses whether a cool mist humidifier or warm mist humidifier is better for kids and how often they should be cleaned.
