Both the handwriting and art of Feline Follies has been identified as Pat Sullivan's work. An animator who worked for Sullivan, Otto Messmer claimed he created the entire Feline Follies away from his bosses office about 40 years after the death of Sullivan, at his own home, claiming Pat Sullivan was very busy at the time. Busy indeed, not to busy for Pat Sullivan to create Feline Follies despite Messmer's attempt to exclude him. The evidence is here for the world to see.
