Santa Claus visits Cedar Heights Community Center in SE DC on Christmas Eve to give out Toys and Gifts to area youth. This was their second annual Community Christmas party where over 50 youth received gifts. This Event was Sponsored by NOBLE, ROOT Inc. and Street Wize Foundation's "Safe in the Streetz" Program.
