Lighthouse becomes ice house

A lighthouse has becomes an ice sculpture near Cleveland, Ohio, covered in frozen spray from Lake Erie.

Unusually cold weather has pounded the eastern half of the US, pushing temperatures well below normal from the Great Lakes to Florida's citrus groves.

Snow off the Great Lakes pelted northern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and western New York.

And so far, forecasters say the big chill could stay for much of the week.
