An Eastern Dictator called El Hudat wishes to join the W.A.S.P and present his armoured cruiser as gift to Marineville. However, when he is overthrow in his home country because of a revolt lead by his twin brother’s government, he blames the W.A.S.P and plan retribution toward them.
In his first wave of retaliation, he kidnaps Marina and destroys several W.A.S.P properties.
