A reunion to get britpop fans excited - Pulp are getting back together to perform on stage for the first time in 15 years.

Despite insisting "hell would have to freeze over" before he would get back with the band, frontman Jarvis Cocker will team up with all the original members to headline the Wireless Festival at London's Hyde Park.

The group's spokesman said: "Pulp have decided to get together and play some concerts next summer.

"This will be the first time that all the original Pulp members have been on stage together since 24th August 1996."

The band, who split in 2002, will be playing hits including Common People and Disco 2000. They will make their comeback in Barcelona in May, before hitting the Wireless Festival in July.
