Street Wize Foundation's "Safe in the Streetz" program was on hand at Ceasar Chavez High School in NE Washington DC for the BULU event. Dr. Ben Chavis of the Hip Hop Action Network, Actor Hosea Chanchez and Rapper Philade were there to encourage the students to be there best.
