As we rise up into 4D and higher consciousness, we can look down and see the whole thing. Each moment of that is alive right now - and always will be. It’s amazing! It’s delightful - and so much more. Transmutation and higher frequency energies are cleansing the suffering from each pocket and conduit where it’s stored down there. This is not mental, however - be sure to remain with me in the heart. We look at the patterns we see repeating in our quits squares - some of them are quite repetitious.
