Happy First Birthday Namaste Yoga! This week marks our 52nd episode and our one year anniversary. In honor of a year of free weekly yoga video podcasts we engage in a practice that helps us to listen with our bodies. We tune into the messages that our body gives us each and every day from pain, stiffness, hunger, fatigue, self-understanding and affirmation.
