He is such a knowledgeable person and a very polished professional. Ackerman Security was recently recommended to me as a good security company. Jim with Ackerman Security was the rep sent to consult with me . He was thorough in his presentation and provided several valuable suggestions. Several Mondays after my installation, I called Jim ( 2/15/10 ) with what I viewed as a real problem. I was having new windows installed the following Wednesday and had no idea how to protect my window security devices. I left a message for him , requesting he call me back and walk me through the process of removing the window alarms. Jim promptly returned my call and offered to help by dropping by and personally assisting me . What a gracious thing to do ! Sure wish there were more people like Jim committed to excellence !
