The lawsuit filed by a patient, "alleges" The Doctor implanted the device that was not necessary. What is most disturbing is it is "alleged" the Doctor (in a backdoor deal) convinced SJM to hire his son, which contributed to a 40% increase in sales in that territory, and was "allegedly" in the operating room when the plaintiff was in surgery for the device... I not saying this is an entirely true story, but what I am saying is these types of "shenanigans" are happening in Medical/Health Industry... Have we not learned from the OIL spill in the gulf?
