Un urbaniste qui avait travaillé sur le projet donne son avis sur les raisons qui ont poussé Moulinsart à ne pas construire le musée à Bruxelles. La fin du reportage propose une interview de Benoit Peeters, biographe d'Hergé, sur l'influence qu'auront les futurs films "Tintin" de Spielberg et Jackson sur le contrôle de Moulinsart sur l'oeuvre d'Hergé. This documentary was made in 2007. It explains how the works of Hergé, the creator of "Tintin", are managed 25 years after his death. In this third and last part, a short interview of Nick and Fanny Rodwell is made about the creation of Hergé Museum. A urban planner who had worked on this project gives his opinion about the rasons which led Moulinsart not to build the museum in Brussels. The end of the documentary proposes an interview of Benoit Peeters, a biographer of Hergé, about the influence that the future Spielberg and Jackson Tintin films will have on the control of Moulinsart over Hergé's works.
