Both parties are said to want to keep the details of the divorce settlement confidential. Elin is considering filing for divorce in her native country of Sweden, where she also may be relocating with the couple's two young children.2 TMZ reports that Nordegren has retained the services of divorce lawyer Walter H. White, Jr. who is based in London.3
