Here's a sneak peak of the new Walnut Creek Library. Opens July 17th at 10am. Hosted by Steve Poirier of Executive Brokers in Walnut Creek, Ca. Steve Poirier and CCAR donated $25k to the building. Costing 41.5 million dollars the $25k might have been enough for a bathroom. The new library is extremely technologically advanced and is quite impressive.
