I've always liked this piece, though I have to admit I've only recently warmed up to the whole Myths and Legends album. I bought the album back in the 70's and was actually disappointed. Didn't play it much. When CDs came out, I bought it again, just to keep my collection complete, but still rarely played it. Finally about 5 years ago i finally warmed up to it. Can't explain why - but that's just how it worked for me. Like I said, I've always liked this piece. I was tinkering around on the piano one day after listening to Myths and just started to figure out this piece by ear (like everything I do). Put together my own arrangement/version and here it is.
