"Green spring-2010" – it is the name of the two months of beautification campaign carried out by Kharkiv city council. According to the head of the Housing Department Roman Nekhoroshkov, as a part of the campaign, community services of the city will be exposing the violators of the beautification rules and draw up administrative reports on them. One of the most common violations is when the apartments’ owners or the non-residential property owners (such as cafеs, stores etc.) leave the construction waste right in the courtyards. 700 reports have been already drawn, says the official.
