Inter Milan have got Lionel Messi on their minds as they prepare for their Champions League semi-final first leg against Barcelona.
Inter did manage the rare feat of stopping the holders and their Argentine magician from scoring back in September when they met in a goalless draw in the group stages at the San Siro.
The Italians are desperate for success on the biggest stage after decades of underachievement but Inter coach Jose Mourinho is not prepared to man-mark Messi.
He said: "Lionel Messi is an important player. We need to pay great attention to him. My culture, however, is that football is not about playing man on man, it's not like basketball, so the game tomorrow we'll not be all against Messi, it will not be ten against ten but it will be 11 against 11 where he (Messi) is a player who deserves special attention, we all know what kind of player he is."
Barcelona had to rake a bus to Milan following the volcanic ash cloud from Iceland which has grounded flights. They travelled 985km with an overnight stay in Cannes.
Barca boss Pep Guardiola said: "It is not the ideal thing after you have played a (La Liga) game to travel for 14 hours to play a Champions League semi-final against a strong team. It is not ideal. But the problem is a volcano and there is nothing we can do. It is an unusual situation that has happened."
The winners of Tuesday night's tie will play Bayern Munich or Olympique Lyon in next month's Madrid final.
