The fifth contestant in the Final Round sings "High Touch! 2009" by Rica Matsumoto & Megumi Toyoguchi. This is the second Opening Theme featured in the DP series arc of Pocket Monsters (Pokémon), which is also the remixed version of "High Touch!", featured earlier in the series.
He is the third contestant in the "Japanese" category of this competition, and the fifth to perform overall.
