The chef at Punjab Grill Restaurant at the Palladium, Lower Parel, demonstrates how to make Salmon Tikka, one of their specialties. The fish is marinated for a couple of hours in spices including dill, processed cheese, fennel and red wine. Then, it is grilled on hot coals and served piping hot.
