On Day fourth day of the massive campaign launched by MiD DAY- Radio One with Mumbai Traffic police, Regional Transport office (RTO) and Taxi Union 90 taxi drivers were caught for refusing fare. Aware of the campaign, most of the taxi drivers followed rule. While traffic police changed routes to check offenders, many people refused to register complaint.
