Bow wow! Cops busy running away from dogs

Cops scared to patrol at night in Hadapsar after being bitten by stray dogs.
Constables patrolling at night have become extra cautious these days. After incidents of dog chase and dog bites, they admit that they are more on the look out for stray dogs than criminals.
