The guy is wearing matching clothes to his low rider that can’t hop so well anymore now that he threw huge ass DUBS on his ride. A real turd.
Instead of general maintenance, it looks like his front passenger wheel is falling off at anything over 10mph, and turning?? YIKES, he was holding up traffic at one point to turn that piece of crapola!
