Going on vacation to the U.S. Virgin Islands usually brings to mind lazy beach days. Many of the activities you can enjoy at the beach however provide great exercise like swimming, walks on the shore and kayaking. You can also go to the gym, most hotels and resorts have one. Looking for a bit of relaxation, how about a massage on the beach. Stay fit while on vacation!
