Germany's center-right coalition wants to give the healthcare system a complete facelift. Healthcare in Germany is becoming increasingly expensive - one of the reasons why the previous government established what it called a Health Fund to help finance health insurers.But just one year on,there's a deficit of billions,which the public are being asked to make up for with higher contributions. Even Chancellor Merkel says she is annoyed about the development,which has triggered fresh debate over the state of German healthcare.
