🇺🇸 Remembering Hector A. Cafferata Jr. — Medal of Honor Recipient
During the brutal Battle of Chosin Reservoir in November 1950, Marine Hector Cafferata demonstrated extraordinary courage against overwhelming Chinese forces.
Despite freezing conditions and intense enemy attacks, Cafferata fought to defend his fellow Marines. He was seriously wounded while protecting his comrades from an enemy grenade.
His actions earned him America’s highest military decoration, the Medal of Honor.
This 30-second historical tribute remembers one of the remarkable heroes of the Korean War.
