quiet post on After the Alpha's Cruel Trials, and a small thing here says everything.
She saved his life at five. In EP 5, Kaden calls her weak and no wolf, and the show reminds us right there that she gave up her health to save him.
That is the whole family in one exchange. A girl who spent her childhood on his behalf, and a man who cannot find the memory. Not because it was forgotten. Because it was never stored anywhere that mattered.
When he says she is weak he is not lying. He is describing what he sees: a wolfless girl, because that is the only version he bothered to look at.
✨ What worked for me:
- The debt is stated once, in EP 5, and never collected.
- Nobody in his pack knew about the rescue either.
✨ Bottom line: he forgot what she did, not what she lacked.
Would you have reminded him?
