00:20she got word from somebody.
00:23She was in Europe working on a movie that The Edge from U2 had written an Elf sequel that he
00:31wanted her to see.
00:32Whatever came of that.
00:34Has anyone seen it?
00:35She said, sure, yeah, let's make a meeting.
00:37And then it just, as so many things do, fizzled out.
00:40But somewhere on The Edge's computer is Elf 2.
00:45I love it.
00:46Remember that time U2 gave everybody their album without telling us?
00:49They have to just do that with the movie.
00:50Edge, put that on everybody's Elf phone.
00:53Is there a world where you guys would revisit the idea of doing an Elf 2?
00:57It's, well, first, it's not up to me, you know, but I don't, I honestly, there are some people that
01:03are still open to the idea.
01:06I think everybody's too old.
01:07And at this point, I feel like, let it be.
01:11Because there's so many things that I think are tarnished by their sequels as opposed to, you know, bolstered.
