00:40of years ago and um you know some players will argue that that's not good for players because
00:47but i think that's very short-term thinking like if you want sustainable tours and if we want

00:53tours to be around in 50 years time you know there has to be sustainable business practices
00:59businesses in place to make sure that they are around in 50 years time
