00:32get wrong.
00:34I think this was always a, it was always a possibility to happen.
00:41You know, look, I think everyone knows like with the, with everything that's happening in the Middle East, that had
00:48a lot to do.
00:49But whenever you have funding tied so much to the geopolitical landscape in the world, you know, that's a, that's
00:58a tricky, it's a tricky road to navigate.
01:01So, um, yeah, their priorities shifted and, and that leaves, live in a pretty precarious spot.
01:10Um, but again, that was always, it was always a possibility.
01:15So, um, I feel like a lot of us in this room, including me, we, we almost knew before the
01:25players did that this was going to happen.
01:26Like I was hearing about this back in March, April time.
01:31Um, and I have, like, I have friends over there, like one of my best friends, Ricky Caddy's for Tom
01:37McKibbin, who's over there.
01:38So like, I would talk to him all the time about what's going on.
01:42And I would, I would send to Ricky even before Mexico, like I'm here.
01:46Have you guys heard any of this stuff?
01:47And he's like, no, everything seems okay over here.
01:49And then it just feels like the, the rug was pulled from, from under their feet and everyone was sort
01:55of blindsided by it.
01:56So, um, but again, that's the, that's the risk that those guys, uh, chose to take.
02:03And, um, as I said, it, it leaves, you know, there's a lot of uncertainty, uh, in the air right
02:09now.
